           -You will not post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, illegal or libelous content;

           -You will not distribute or post spam, pyramid schemes or chain letters;

           -You will not distribute any technology or viruses that may harm TradeMeAnything, or the interests or property of other Site users;

            -You will not copy, modify or distribute content from the TradeMeAnything Site’s copyrights and trademarks; 

·          -You will not collect or harvest information about other Site users, including their email addresses without their consent;

·          -You will not hold TradeMeAnything responsible for other user’s action or inactions including items they post.  Traders will assume  all responsibility for the content of the trade.   THERE IS NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS, OR OTHER  DAMAGES;

·           -If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release and hold harmless TradeMeAnything; including officers, agents,  directors, subsidiaries, employees and advertisers, from claims, demands, including reasonable attorney’s fees by any third party due  to or arising out of your breech of this agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party and damages whether  actual or consequential of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
